  Cynthia studied under Susan Church, one of the leading pioneers in the field of permanent cosmetic makeup. Since opening her practice in January of 1995, she has attended numerous seminars throughout the United States.

Cynthia offers the full array of permanent cosmetic makeup procedures which include eyeliner, eyebrows, lipliner/full lip color, scar camouflage, corrective pigment camouflage, vitiligo, alopecia, cleft lip and birthmarks.
