Kelly has 20 years experience in the make-up industry. She is a licensed cosmetologist
and aesthetician. She owns and operates a successful permanent make-up and skin
care establishment. Kelly is known for creating a beautiful natural look and
is credited with helping to create many of Las Vegas' most beautiful faces.

is the Founder and Director of the Permanent Cosmetics Institute, and the American
Institute of Permanent Makeup. As a board certified Paramedical Derma-Technician,
and one of few fully certified instructors in the United States, Ms. Hackett
offers her clients a high level of professional skill, blended with keen aesthetic
quality. In her own work, and in the training of students in this field, Ms.
Hackett insists on the highest standards of safety, including the use of specialized
equipment, disposable instruments and natural pigments. The Permanent Cosmetics
