Dottie Adley is the founder and executive director of the Midwest Institute
of Permanent Cosmetics which is under the medical direction of Stephen P. Adley
M.D. The Institute teaches the SofTap hand method of permanent cosmetics. Dottie
Adley is the only Board Certified technician to do permanent cosmetics in the
State of Nebraska.
Dottie Adley is a member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation,
the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, Allied Health Association,
