Jean has been performing Permanent Make-Up procedures for the past four years
and teaching Permanent Make-Up for the last year. She is also a professional
make up artist and has done Bridal Parties, Print and Fashion Shows. The permanent
cosmetic procedure is safe and effective. A topical anesthesia is applied prior
